How do you describe your job to average people? I tell people that I work with their doctor's offices and hospitals to help them keep their private information secure and to comply with privacy laws and regulations. Why did you get into IT security? I have always been a privacy conscious person, and IT security just seemed to be a natural progression in my IT career. The early days of modern malware introduced me to having to deal with threats. I've been hooked ever since.
