A ferry operator that sent vessels to the aid of passengers of an aircraft which made an emergency landing on New York's Hudson River plans to sue the operator, US Airways. Financially strained NY Waterway told Cram's New York Business it is seeking compensation as it was forced to suspend some operations for two days and to pay employees overtime plus expenses.
