Stephen Cousins; Sea Honest is an ironic name for a ship whose crew of 18 has languished in the Port of Algiers for almost 10 months, without access to money, adequate food, or fresh water, at the mercy of an apparently unscrupulous owner. The abandoned Panama-flagged vessel crew, most of whom are Indians, want to be repatriated, but the Turkish owner has failed to pay them wages for more than six months.
