摘要

Research findings, "Predicting Protein Structural Class by Incorporating Patterns of Over- Representednk-mers into the General form of Chou's PseAAC," are discussed in a new report. According to thenauthors of a study from Shanghai, People's Republic of China, "Computational prediction of proteinnstructural class based on sequence data remains a challenging problem in current protein science. In thisnpaper, a new feature extraction approach based on relative polypeptide composition is introduced."
