The article reports on the task force by Association of Research Libraries (ARL) for understanding the practices of research libraries on International Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and Document Delivery Practices. It states that for this purpose ARL gathered and analyses data on Trends in Licensing, US Law and International Interlibrary Loan. Findings revealed that ARL declared that it is the right of North American research libraries to participate in ILL and document delivery activities.
