Mask-Paint In-Process Staging System

A system that provides movement, airflow, drying, cleaning, and contamination prevention for in-process painted parts (parts that are still wet and in-process) is presented. This invention is a new and non-obvious. It is art integrated solution, comprised of: Rotating conveyor system that presents the operator with a clean, sequenced, ready-to-paint parts (1); heating element (also known as a "flash-off), which reduces dust sensitivity of in-process paint (2); CO_2 clean, which removes dirt and dust introduced when parts are handled by the operator (3); Closed airflow system to eliminate paint defects caused by dust in factory air (4-5). The system combines and compartmentalizes multiple functions that are necessary for painting, especially hand-painting and mask-painting of multiple colors. This system packages WIP storage/queueing. flashing (intermediate temperature heating), and CO2 cleaning into one efficient system.
