Aylesbury 117 car is cut up

The clear out of the remaining first-generation units on the national system is continuing with Class 117 51411 being cut up at Aylesbury.rnLast in service in Scotland in November 1999 as part of 117306, the vehicle was purchased by Chiltern Railways, along with its partner, to supply spares for the company's fleet of Class 121s. Partner 51369 was scrapped around 2002 but 51411 has survived in use as a store.
