Following last month's successful gala the Llangollen Railway has been working on mechanical faults with two of its DMU fleet.rnOne of the cylinder heads has been removed from one of the engines of Class 108 DMBS 51907 after it sheared a manifold stud which caused the exhaust to leak. The broken stud was drilled out and re-tapped and the head refitted to the engine.rnUnique Wickham DMBS 50416 is now in the Railway's workshops for attention to the air system and to repair a leak on one of the fluid flywheels.
