FGBRf still to source Class 20s for Underground moves

First GBRf is delivering 1,500 new SSL underground carriages in seven-or eight-car sets for Bombardier Transportation, but as yet has not finalised who will be provided the Class 20s needed to haul the trains.rnBecause of weight restrictions, Class 66s cannot take the trains into Neasden so a pool of five Class 20s is needed. They may come from Class 20 Locomotives Ltd, with preserved 20142/189, 20227 joined by HNRC's 20901/905, or could be from DRS which has three operational 20s, 20301/304/305, and 12 stored; 20302/303/306-315, most of whichrnare Eastleigh and some have not worked for 18 months.
