A further open weekend is to take place at the Electric Railway Museum at Coventry on May 21/22 when visitors will be invited to view the collection of electric locomotives and multiple units on site. Stock which is normally sheeted over will be uncovered for the event and some will be open for interior inspection. On show will be the Clacton Class 309, the Wirral Class 503, a 2-EPB and power station locomotives from Heysham and Spondon. Organised tours and talks will take place throughout the weekend. There will also be a display of vintage road vehicles on an adjoining field.
