This is a whopping 384-page A5 softback book (also available in hardback) whose title is self-explanatory. As you'd expect from the IRS it's a 'no stone unturned' tome containing an absolute wealth of information on its subject.Also included are 14 maps, and a 64 page pictorial section containing a mix of black & white and colour pictures past and present.There are details of every establishment past and present in the two counties and accordingly there is a lot of information to digest.This is most likely a reference book rather than a cover-to-cover read, but if you have an affiliation or interest in the area, then it should be a useful book worth acquiring. It is reasonably priced as well. (PD).
