20s return for DRS... but no 66/3s for Carlisle

Following repairs at Barrow Hill, 20303/309 have been reinstated to DRS's nuclear traffic XHNC pool and are returned to active service. They follow 20308 in bolstering the active DRS Class 20 fleet to three locos, with another four DRS locos used by GB Railfreight.However, 20309 has already been temporarily sidelined with a bogie defect at Stowmarket that will necessitate its removal to Crewe or Carlisle for repairs.
