Class 14 event takes shape

More details about the Class 14 50th anniversary event at the East Lancashire Railway on July 25-27 have been divulged. On the first day there will be three trains working, with double-heading all day and an evening fish and chip special. It should also see D9537's debut in a special livery. On the Saturday will be three trains working with a Bury-Ramsbottom shuttle as well as Ramsbottom-Rawtenstall workings, a freight train and an evening 'Bearex' to remember! Some loco changes will be made at Rawtenstall. The Sunday will see three-train working using just the visiting locos.
