With new Siemens 'Velaro' Class 374 trainsets now coming on stream, Eurostar has begun to withdraw some of its original e300 sets. Four half sets, 3013/4 and 3019/20, have been put into store at Temple Mills, while 3017/8 have been sent to Lille for secure storage. Also stored in France are 3101/2. Eurostar now has seven Class 374s available for traffic, made up of half sets 4007-4019. It is currently commissioning an eighth (4005/6), and when the order is complete 17 of the 16-coach trains will be available.
