As well as working Great Central Railway - Nottingham 'Santa Specials' top and tail with steam, Class 20 D8098 is also down to work post-Christmas specials on December 27 and 29, again top and tail with steam. As well as the GCR-N another addition to the post-Christmas diesel running is the Llangollen Railway, which has winter warmers on December 30/31 featuring Class 37 6940 alongside various steam locos.
