There are still quite a lot of movements taking place, and most firms using industrial locos have been involved. The shunting duties at Celsa, Cardiff have been contracted to GBRf, with the main work undertaken by Class 08s supplied by Harry Needle Railroad Company. However, track in some parts of the works is not in very good condition and needs to be relaid; it is currently 'out of bounds' for the 08s. In orderto use the affected sidings one of the DH50 locos built by Hunslet Engine continues to be used and a swap of the loco took place in October. DH50-2 HE 9377 that had been on short term hire at WH Malcolm, DIRFT Crick, was moved down to Cardiff and DH50-1 HE 9376 was sent to the yard at Barton-under-Needwood.
