Three Locomotives have been removed from the operating fleet - 08623 to WQAA at Mossend, 66098 to WQAB at Toton and 67009 to WQAA at Crewe EMD. 60063, which had been side-lined WQAA at Immingham since September 2016, was taken by road to Toton for repairs. Once these were completed it was reinstated to the WCAT pool. The last two of the five additional Class 66s transferring to Euro Cargo Rail (66204 and 66232) have been despatched abroad for their career with ECR. Two existing ECR locos, 66217 and 66241 were noted at Longport receiving attention on November 10. Meanwhile the latest Class 90 to see use with Virgin Trains East Coast is 90034, which was noted in traffic on November 14 working between King's Cross and Leeds.
