Concluding statement

摘要

A seminar on "Railway Progress in Strategy and Technology" was held in Moscow on 17-19 October 2000 under the auspices of the Ministry of Railway Transport of the Russian Federation (MPS) and of the International Railway Congress Association (IRCA). It was chaired by the First Deputy Minister of the Railways of the Russian Federation, Mr. A. Misharin and the IRCA Secretary General, Mr. A. Martens.
