First annual intermodal awards winners

DSM, Railion, BTZ and Metrans were announced as the winners of the First Annual Intermodal Awards at the Intermodal 2000 conference and exhibition that was held in November in Genoa. Johanna Maij-Weggen, former Transport Minister of the Netherlands and President of the European Intermodal Association and Max Hare, Director of the event organisers, Informa Maritime & Transport, presented the specially-commissioned awards to senior representatives of the four winning companies.
