摘要

Interventions from the n panellists covered a wide range of issues with high level representation from a large number of countries although this had a downside in that it proved difficult to recuperate time lost in the schedule, leaving little time for direct debate the issues. Nevertheless it was possible to draw some common conclusions from the interventions.
