Network Rail has announced the new composition of the legal panel to support its 23-strong in-house team. Existing members were asked to tender for CP4, and after 'a rigorous selection process lasting four months' the size of the panel was reduced.rn'We are grateful to all the firms who formed our panel over the past three years', said NR Group Company Secretary Hazel Walker. 'The choice for its composition was very competitive involving highly respected and valued firms, many of which have worked with Network Rail over a number of years.
