More biomass hoppers for GBRf

GB Railfreight announced on October 26 that it will be leasing 50 new hoppers from Nacco, following the signature of a contract to deliver biomass to Lynemouth Power Ltd earlier this year (RB1525 p3). The new wagons are being built by Astra Rail in Romania. With a payload of 70 tonnes compared to the 53 tonnes of current biomass wagons, they will be operated as two rakes of 24 wagons each.
