摘要

Preliminary investigations of Zn_3P_2 single crystals suggested two models of surface reactions with wet air. ESR paramagnetic signals have been observed in powdered samples. The influence of surface reactions of saturated vapours of H_2O in the presence of air at room temperature, as well as annealing with phosphorus and heating at 500℃ under vacuum on the original ESR signals has been studied. The results of these treatments on the ESR signal strongly depend on the type of samples: high or low electrical resistivity, related to the amount of phosphorus in the Zn_3P_2 structure.
