摘要

The International Telecommunication Union's 2007 World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-07) in Geneva gave rise to a couple of interesting proposals for LF/MF enthusiasts. The first was the promise of a secondary allocation of 135.7-137.8 kHz to the Amateur Service at 1W EIRP to be written into the guidelines. This doesn't mean that amateurs all over the world will be allocated the band but it does give them a much stronger case if they wish to petition their regulators.
