Northwest African prehistory: Recent work, new results and interpretations

For the 21st Biennial Conference of the Society of Africanist Archaeologists held at the University of Toronto in June 2012 (Fig. 1), I organized a session on "Northwest African prehistory: Recent work, new results and interpretations" at which 14 papers were presented.
