SigmaRoc appoint Tim Hall to board of directors

TIM Hall, former chief executive officer of Breedon South, joined SigmaRoc's board of directors as a non-executive director on 16 April. Mr Hall helped build Breedon into a billion-pound business and one of the UK's major suppliers of heavy construction materials, through rapid growth and the successful execution of a buy-and-build strategy. His new board appointment comes at a time of significant growth and development for SigmaRoc, who have recently acquired a 40% stake in GD Harries with an option to buy the remainder of the business by the end of August 2020.
