Five teams from K-12 and higher-education institutions have been named finalists in ASQ's Education Team Excellence Recognition Awards. The awards, which showcase the nation's most outstanding improvement efforts, will be presented at the 19th annual National Quality Education Conference Nov. 6-8 in Indianapolis. This year's finalists include: 1. Pewaukee School District in Pewaukee, Wl. 2. Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies in Bangalore, India. 3. Two teams from Westfield Washington Schools in Indianapolis. 4. Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District, Honeoye Falls, N.Y.
