What is the change? Many of the changes in ISO 9001:2015 will involve a paradigm shift across all functions. The most prevalent of these relates to the concept of risk-based thinking. What does it mean? The idea of risk-based thinking isn't particularly difficult. Whenever an organization decides to change something or to respond to an impending change, there are choices, consequences, opportunities and risks.
