Pasaban supplies sheeters to Asia Symbol

Asia Symbol Paper Company has ordered two paper sheeters from Spanish engineering company Pasaban. The sheeters will be installed at Asia Symbol's plant in Xinhui, Province of Guangdong, according to a Pasaban release. In January 2017, Asia Symbol installed a new paper machine at the site, PM 12, which has a capacity to produce 1,700 tpd of fine paper. This increase in output made it necessary to also install more converting equipment, writes Pasaban. Asia Symbol already operates Pasaban sheeters in Guangdong for PM 11. According to Asia Symbol's website, PM 11 was installed in 2012 and also manufactures fine paper. The Xinhui plant was established in 2002. At the time it contained a cut size converting line for copy paper.
