PBSA operator Nido Student has acquired a 287-apartment building in Munich, Germany, which will be offered to students as well as interns and young professionals. Alp Studios is located in the Obersendling district with transport links to the city centre. Blackbrook Capital has acquired a portfolio of 22 convenience grocery stores in Spain from Lar Espana. The portfolio is let to Eroski, the third-largest grocery retailer in Spain, on a long-term basis. The deal marks Blackbrook's second Iberian transaction this year, following the purchase of a portfolio of build-to-suit grocery stores in Portugal. European listed healthcare investor Aedifica has invested €16m (£13.86m) in four care homes in Finland. The fully operational care homes in Espoo, Oulu, Laukaa and Kempele cater to 122 residents in total, the largest being the Siilotie care home in Oulu, which is operated by Mehilainen and let on a fixed 15-year lease.
