Planning permission for the creation of a new premium outlet shopping destination in the West Midlands was granted to development partners U+I and Rioja Developments in September. Nestled in a former coal valley adjacent to a nature reserve, the 285,297 sq ft Mill Green designer outlet village in Cannock will provide up to 130 stores along with a number of restaurants, and around 2,000 car parking spaces within easy access of the M6 and M6 Toll road.
