Seqro's new pilot for Heathrow

Segro has appointed Alison Yard as its joint venture director. She has taken over responsibility for the industrial REIT's Airport Property Partnership (APP) with Aviva Investors and its Heathrow Big Box Industrial and Distribution Fund and joint venture with Prudential. In Segro's annual results released in March, the APP was valued at £753.6m and the Big Box fund at £209.2m. The REIT holds a 50% stake in each.
