Westminster city council is next week to consult interested parties on how future planning policies can be made more sustainable.Next Thursday, the council will hold a workshop on sustainable design and energy, as the seventh in a series of 11 workshops on topics such as housing, retail and entertainment so it can develop its new 'city management plan' for development in Westminster.Sustainability is a big challenge for the council because of the area's historic buildings.
