City of London investment volumes hit record levels in 2017

Investment volumes in the City reached a record high last year, according to Savills' latest City Investment Watch report. In Q4, nearly £4bn of deals transacted, with £2.2bn across 23 transactions completing in December alone. This took total investment activity in the City in 2017 to a record level of £12.6bn - 57% above the 10-year average.
