MSS Real Estate to launch All UK Property tracker

MSS Real Estate aims to list a fund that will track the FTSE All UK Property Index. The FTSE UK Commercial Property Index Fund said on Wednesday it planned an initial public offering (IPO) on the London Stock Exchange next month. The fund said it expected an initial dividend yield of around 3.5%, once the money had been fully invested. MSS Property Fund Management will manage the fund.
