Scape founders seal first deal for new London resi venture

Adam Brockley, chief executive of high-end student housing developer Scape Student Living, has launched a new mid-market London residential developer which aims to reach 1,000 units in two years. Brockley and fellow co-founder, Scape deputy chairman Paul Williams, last month launched Bode Property, which has already made its first purchase in Archway, north London. It has bought the Hill House office building, thought to be for £23m, from Lazari Investments for a £65m, 141-unit residential scheme, which has been approved under permitted development rights for one-bed units and studio flats.
