Columbus Capital Management has completed a second purchase from the collapsed Stockland Halladale joint venture and raised £160m of new equity. The opportunity fund division of Schroders has bought Lombard House at 33 Gracechurch Street in the City of London (above, left) from Stockland for £15.6m, reflecting a yield of 10.2%. The deal follows its £50m purchase of the Stockland Ventures portfolio of retail and office assets this July.
