Develop and manage major maintenance, repair and capital construction projects for all railroad assets owned by the Port of Coos Bay. This will include preparation of plans, specifications, construction cost estimates and contract structure; position requires bachelor's degree in civil engineering, planning or related field and five years of project management for freight rail projects; or a combination of education/experience.
