Rep. Bill Shuster (R-Pa.) was featured on the Feb. 24 episode of "Capitol Gains," Bloomberg Television's weekly political show. The House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee chairman emphasized the importance of infrastructure investment. And he'll pursue any means to find the money for it. "We have to took at every avenue to come up with funding," he said during the show. "New, innovative ways, old ways we've used - how do we reform them? How do we make them better?" The committee's ranking Democratic member, Rep. Nick Rahall (D-W.Va.), believes Shuster will be able to rally support for his mission: "He has a lot of friends on the Democratic side, and that's a very strong characteristic in this town that will help hilp as chairman."
