Thermodynamics for shear formation of bainitic ferrite in carbon-depleted region in multiple-element systems

摘要

The model for the formation of bainitic ferrite by shear mechanism in carbon-depleted region is thermodynamically analysed. The results show that the aspect ratio and the total energy resistance of martensite are the largest, followed by those of lower bainitic ferrite, and those of upper bainitic ferrite are the smallest. The driving force of bainitic formation increases with carbon depletion, and in carbon-depleted region it can overcome corresponding energy resistance. It is concluded that the shear formation of bainitic ferrite in carbon-depleted region is thermodynamically possible.
