LNG projects along the Gulf Coast spur the construction of tractor tugs

Practically every company that operates tractor tugs is trying to get in on the Gulf Coast LNG action. Several LNG terminals, both onshore and offshore, are scheduled to open on the Gulf Coast within the next few years — possibly the only place in the nation where these things are actually welcome by the public. Many of the major tug companies are vying for contracts to service the big gas tankers.
