Electrification of aircraft systems: Power and control

摘要

The articles presented in this Special Issue show a synopsis of the state of the art of electrification of aircraft systems, including the enabling power-related technologies together with the necessary power electronic architectures. Fuel cell and photovoltaics and related power architectures are also discussed. The selected articles cover the following topics: 1. an overview of the more electric aircraft; 2. energy harvesting and power network architectures for the Multi body Advanced Airship for Transport (MAAT) high altitude cruiser-feeder airship concept;
