Dow Electronic Materials plans to expand its material manufacturing facility here to meet demands from Asia's PCB, electronics and industrial finishing, and photovoltaic markets.rnConstruction is expected to start before 2011, and the firm expects to start pro-duction late next year. The company did not disclose the size of the planned addition. The plant will supply customers in Northern and Eastern China.
