Southampton hosts giant visit

Southampton Container Terminals (SCT) has played host to its biggest vessel in recent times with the maiden visit of the P&O Nedlloyd Stuyvesant. Almost 300 metres in length, the Dutch-flagged vessel arrived from the builder's yard in Koreas with her first cargo on the Japan Express service for the Grand Alliance, which includes P&O Nedlloyd, Hapag Lloyd, NYK Line, OOCL and Malaysian International Shipping Corporation.
