摘要

By using an on-line system of a supercritical fluid chromatography and a Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer, a mixture of n- paraffins with different carbon numbers has been separated and identified. Visible-ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy, which had been used frequently as a detector, could not detect any component of n-paraffins at all, and the usefulness of infrared spectroscopy could be con- firmed.
