Hudson v. Michigan and the decline of the exclusionary rule

摘要

Although the exclusionary rule has been an important part of American jurisprudence for over a century, it has long been under attack. This paper traces the evolution of the doctrine and demonstrates that, for many years, its impact has been narrowed in its application.
