Commending the 7 July launch of the new All-Party Parliamentary Group for Excellence in the Built Environment, Blane Judd, chief executive of CIPHE has called for the new Commission to adopt the S/NVQ qualification standards established by the sector skills councils for the built environment, as the minimum requirements for employment of relevant operatives.
