Northwest power dailies dropped as lower temperatures were forecast to move into the region overnight. Mid-Columbia on-peak day-ahead dropped $2 to the mid-$20s/MWh for Tuesday delivery on the InterContinental Exchange. Off-peak fell 50 cents in the mid-$20s/MWh. High temperatures in Portland were forecast to fall 12 degrees to the upper 50s Tuesday, 6 degrees below normal, according to CustomWeather. Lows were expected to remain in the mid-40s, 3 degrees below normal.
