More NRC managers reassigned as senior officials retire

Another new crop of senior managers will be installed later this month, the result of more retirements at top levels. Michael Johnson, deputy director for the division of sys- tems safety and analysis in the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR), will become the next director of the Office of Enforcement. He replaces Frank Congel, who will retire at the end of the month.
