Crude futures settled mixed Oct. 28 as the market searched fordirection amid reports that Iranian nuclear negotiations could resumein November.NYMEX December WTI settled up 15 cents at $82.81/b and ICEDecember Brent fell 26 cents to $84.32/b.Iran's top nuclear negotiator Ali Bagheri Kani wrote on Twitter lateOct. 27 that he had agreed to negotiations with six world powers onthe country's nuclear program by end-November.
